Actions in the pandemic – Food donations

During the health and economic emergency in 2020, our Papelera del Sur collaborators, on their own initiative, decided to collect money for basic necessity products, in order to help those severely affected by the lockdown.

Papelera del Sur decided to back and expand this initiative, to reach more families. Thanks to this contribution and joint work, non-perishable food and cleaning items were bought, and distributed as kits to families in need, through the  Welfare Department of the Municipality of Tornquist.

Feeling proud to have been able to help families, our collaborators decided to repeat their initiative and organised another collection to make a new donation of necessity products.

We are proud of our collaborators and of the actions we shared with them that helped many families from our community to overcome the challenges they faced.
